I highly recommend Robin.  She is the best at what she does and I wouldn’t even consider going to anyone else.  She is very personable and knows her products well.

I took my daughter today for her first facial. Robin was amazing with her. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and why.  She also recommended a skin care routine and the right way for her to care for her skin.  My daughter was hesitant about getting a facial but upon leaving told me how much she enjoyed it and how relaxing it was.

If you’re not obsessed with the way your skin looks, chances are you’re not using the right skin care products. I think finding an individualized skin care routine for your skin’s needs is no easy task. That’s why I love Robin Poole, Robin’s Nest Skin Care and the Image Skin Care line that she uses. I’ve tried many assorted brands of skin care and nothing can compare to the Image Skin Care line. Two of my favorite products are Vital C Hydrating Facial Oil and the Ormedic Lip Enhancement Complex. I use the Vital C Hydrating Facial Oil when I fascia blast my face. My skin just soaks it in and looks radiant when I am done. And I had chronically chapped lips until Robin set me up with the Ormedic Lip Enhancement Complex. Twice a day and bye-bye chapped lips. I have never met a more honest, sincere and considerate esthetician than Robin. She doesn’t just talk about what she can do to help, she teaches you how you can help yourself. She loves what she does, and it shows.  

Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. I highly recommend going to Robin. She has a lot of experience and does an amazing job!

Robin is an amazing Esthetician! I had been looking for someone who was knowledgeable and professional in the area for over a year. I had several consultations with different facialists but it always seemed as if they were selling me products and services without answering my questions about how best to care for my skin as I age, I'm late forties. I went to Robins Nest for my first ever facial today! It was such a great experience and I'm so happy that I went. Robin was extremely professional and everything was perfect from start to finish. What a wonderful way to start my weekend.

I had problems with acne for years. After just one treatment, I started noticing a difference, and so did everyone else! My skin is very sensitive, and Robin helped me to find the perfect skincare line to suit my needs. It is evident that she is very experienced in what she does, and she will make you feel very comfortable getting th treatment you need.

My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.

Robin was very knowledgeable and professional, but super down to earth and easy to talk to. She has a ton of experience and really customizes the facial, and the place is so clean and inviting.  My skin looked and felt great after.  I will definitely be back!

I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert esthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!! we had to book our next appt before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6-weeks for facial #2!! To say that I look forward to my facial at Robin’s Nest all day is an understatement.  The experience is a lovely one!  From the moment I walk into the spa in her home, I begin to relax ~ Robin’s cheerful greeting, the esthetic's in the room, the soothing music, the low, warm lighting ~ it all combines to create an atmosphere that literally causes the stress of the day to leave my body.  The facials are fabulous, and I leave with my skin feeling rejuvenated.  As a bonus, Robin’s education and experience give her a unique perspective to notice problem areas with skin.  She cautioned me to watch a spot on my face; as a result, my dermatologist removed a pre-cancerous skin spot when I pointed it out.  Also, as a New York and Connecticut certified aesthetician, Robin is qualified to remove milia, those annoying bumps that had surfaced on my cheeks and chin as I aged.  Thank you, Robin, for your knowledge and skill in making my skin glow!

My first ever eyebrow was was a super success thanks to Robin.  I was super nervous but it was a breeze!!  Her aura is so sweet. She has an absolutely gorgeous aesthetician's  office in New Milford.  Super welcoming and calming.  I highly recommend it!!
