Robin is incredible!!! I have had so many spa facials and not one can compare to how amazing my skin loks and feels!!! She examined my skin and asked me questions about my goals, and then chose the best products that would work for me. The product line is amazing. My skin has never looked this good. I went to Robins Nest for my first ever facial today! It was such a great experience and I'm so happy that I went. Robin was extremely professional and everything was perfect from start to finish. What a wonderful way to start my weekend.

So ... I don't actually know how many guys pay attention to their skin (I wasn't one of them) BUT the number is probably low in my opinion. I visited Robin about a week before my wedding. I wanted to at most look somewhat decent next to my beautiful future wife to be. And boy did I come close lol ... Even after a week, a hectic week at that, I still had a glow to my face! Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert aesthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!  We had to book our next appt. before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6 - weeks for facial #2!  I Can not wit to see Robin again!  

Robin is an amazing Esthetician! I had been looking for someone who was knowledgeable and professional in the area for over a year. I had several consultations with different facialists but it always seemed as if they were selling me products and services without answering my questions about how best to care for my skin as I age, I'm late forties. I met Robin through a mutual friend. I was very pleased to finally have found someone knowledgeable about skincare and who individualized her services to my skin. She recommended products which helped my skin look healthy, supple and of course look younger. I highly recommend Robin!

I moved to Connecticut 1 1/2 years ago and didn't know anyone. I had left my hairdresser and esthetician behind, and was sure I wouldn't find anyone as good as they were or anyone I could afford here in Connecticut. I started inquiring and someone recommended Robin. I knew I would like her from the minute we met. After getting my first facial from her I knew she was one of the best. She has had years of experience and you know that after you get your first facial from her. It is wonderful and I go to her every four weeks for an hour of Bliss.

I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin. She always suggested the proper way for me to maintain "my glow" and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning skin health. She is very up-to-date on proper eating habits and the right skin care and sun tan lotions to use. I recommend her without reservation.

Wow I just had an o2 facial and it was fabulous! My skin looks and feels great! Robin is amazing, she is a caring,knowledgeable, and very skilled aesthetician! Feeling so relaxed and absolutely glowing!

I took my daughter today for her first facial. Robin was amazing with her. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and why.  She also recommended a skin care routine and the right way for her to care for her skin.  My daughter was hesitant about getting a facial but upon leaving told me how much she enjoyed it and how relaxing it was.

I've been seeing Robin for a couple of years now!  Consummate professional.  Knows her stuff.  Has worked with my skin through several conditions... dehydrated, pregnant, fertility treatments...  can't say enough. My favorite facial is the O2.  Gift certificates, Professional products. Beautiful Results..  

My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.

I've had bad skin and always cover it up with make-up. I've tried so many different products over the years but nothing worked to correct, until now! I'm so happy I found Robin! I have been going to Robin for facials for sometime now and I love it every time.  She is very professional and explains to me what she is going to do.  I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her.  My skin always feels great afterwards and I would for sure go back for another facial.  She even noticed a spot on my nose that she recommended I check with my dermatologist who was very impressed with her.  Thanks to Robin's experience she was able to identify the spot which allowed me to get to my dermatologist just in time.  I highly recommend Robin, you won't be disappointed.

I had a virtual consultation with Robin a week ago and was very impressed!  The consultation was done via FaceTime and Robin really took the time to understand my concerns and provided thought out product recommendations and not just a pile of random products to purchase.  After the call she followed up via email with her list of recs and I was able to purchase them through her site.  She shipped out quickly and included an RX of how/when to use everything (and she even included some samples).  I've been using everything since I've received and her recs were spot on!  Already noticing some improvement in areas we talked about.  Can't recommend a virtual consult with Robin enough!

To say that I look forward to my facial at Robin’s Nest all day is an understatement.  The experience is a lovely one!  From the moment I walk into the spa in her home, I begin to relax ~ Robin’s cheerful greeting, the esthetic's in the room, the soothing music, the low, warm lighting ~ it all combines to create an atmosphere that literally causes the stress of the day to leave my body.  The facials are fabulous, and I leave with my skin feeling rejuvenated.  As a bonus, Robin’s education and experience give her a unique perspective to notice problem areas with skin.  She cautioned me to watch a spot on my face; as a result, my dermatologist removed a pre-cancerous skin spot when I pointed it out.  Also, as a New York and Connecticut certified aesthetician, Robin is qualified to remove milia, those annoying bumps that had surfaced on my cheeks and chin as I aged.  Thank you, Robin, for your knowledge and skill in making my skin glow!

Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. I highly recommend going to Robin. She has a lot of experience and does an amazing job!
