I have been a very happy facial customer of Robin Poole for probably 10 + years... they go by too fast! Robin is a consistently skilled aesthetician. She is very friendly and does an excellent job and I am thankful for her wonderful work....so is my mom, who loves to receive Robin's work very much now that she is 80 with the skin of a 40 year old!

I use the Vital C Hydrating Facial Oil when I fascia blast my face. My skin just soaks it in and looks radiant when I am done. And I had chronically chapped lips until Robin set me up with the Ormedic Lip Enhancement Complex. Twice a day and bye-bye chapped lips. I have never met a more honest, sincere and considerate esthetician than Robin. She doesn’t just talk about what she can do to help, she teaches you how you can help yourself. She loves what she does, and it shows.  

My first facial with Robin and it won't be my last.  She provided a wonderful spa like atmosphere and is very knowledgeable about skincare.  I would recommend her to anyone looking to take care of their skin and have a little pampering.  

My last facial with Robin was the o2 and it really made my skin feel great! She has created a nice space to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Love the Treatment!  I'm so happy with the Image Oxygen Facial 02 Lift.  It has made my skin look so dewy and more alive.  It was very effective with exfoliating my skin, now it looks fresh and smooth. I'm also very glad I purchased the Post Treatment Kit.  I love what the Vit. C serum does.  Thank You Robin!

I have suffered with severe acne for about 10 years. I have tried many different products and systems, all which turned out to be a waste of money. Robin has given my skin the care that it really needed, including a variety of peels, deep cleansing, and hydration techniques. She has also directed me to a skin care line that works for my skin type. Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. I highly recommend going to Robin. She has a lot of experience and does an amazing job!

I moved to Connecticut 1 1/2 years ago and didn't know anyone. I had left my hairdresser and esthetician behind, and was sure I wouldn't find anyone as good as they were or anyone I could afford here in Connecticut. I started inquiring and someone recommended Robin. I knew I would like her from the minute we met. After getting my first facial from her I knew she was one of the best. She has had years of experience and you know that after you get your first facial from her. It is wonderful and I go to her every four weeks for an hour of Bliss.

Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert esthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!! we had to book our next appt before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6-weeks for facial #2!! So ... I don't actually know how many guys pay attention to their skin (I wasn't one of them) BUT the number is probably low in my opinion. I visited Robin about a week before my wedding.
