I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin. She always suggested the proper way for me to maintain "my glow" and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning skin health. She is very up-to-date on proper eating habits and the right skin care and sun tan lotions to use. I recommend her without reservation.

I've had bad skin and always cover it up with make-up. I've tried so many different products over the years but nothing worked to correct, until now! I'm so happy I found Robin! Since having a signature facial and just recently a lift facial my skin has been so much better! I've even left the house without makeup which never happened before. To say that I look forward to my facial at Robin’s Nest all day is an understatement.  The experience is a lovely one!  From the moment I walk into the spa in her home, I begin to relax ~ Robin’s cheerful greeting, the esthetic's in the room, the soothing music, the low, warm lighting ~ it all combines to create an atmosphere that literally causes the stress of the day to leave my body.  The facials are fabulous, and I leave with my skin feeling rejuvenated.  As a bonus, Robin’s education and experience give her a unique perspective to notice problem areas with skin.  She cautioned me to watch a spot on my face; as a result, my dermatologist removed a pre-cancerous skin spot when I pointed it out.  Also, as a New York and Connecticut certified aesthetician, Robin is qualified to remove milia, those annoying bumps that had surfaced on my cheeks and chin as I aged.  Thank you, Robin, for your knowledge and skill in making my skin glow!

I had a virtual consultation with Robin a week ago and was very impressed!  The consultation was done via FaceTime and Robin really took the time to understand my concerns and provided thought out product recommendations and not just a pile of random products to purchase.  After the call she followed up via email with her list of recs and I was able to purchase them through her site.  She shipped out quickly and included an RX of how/when to use everything (and she even included some samples).  I've been using everything since I've received and her recs were spot on!  Already noticing some improvement in areas we talked about.  Can't recommend a virtual consult with Robin enough!  

I had a facial and peel done by Robin yesterday! I was super impressed with the care and attention I received.  Robin welcomed me in with a friendly smile. She is truly wonderful at what she does! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. My first ever eyebrow was was a super success thanks to Robin.  I was super nervous but it was a breeze!!  Her aura is so sweet. She has an absolutely gorgeous aesthetician's  office in New Milford.  Super welcoming and calming.  I highly recommend it!!

So ... I don't actually know how many guys pay attention to their skin (I wasn't one of them) BUT the number is probably low in my opinion. I visited Robin about a week before my wedding. I wanted to at most look somewhat decent next to my beautiful future wife to be. And boy did I come close lol ... Even after a week, a hectic week at that, I still had a glow to my face! Fellas, trust me. Impress your woman and get your face done by Robin! By doing so, you'll end up impressing yourself too!! I have been having facials from Robin for about 10 years. She always knows what your skin needs and does the treatment that will help your skin look amazing. I also use the products that Robin recommends and if something isn't doing the job she will try something else. Robin explains everything about the procedure and the products she is using which is so helpful. I recommend Robin to all my friends and can't wait for my next facial.

Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. I have been going to Robin over 13 years & love her facials. She now has new products. I'm a creature of old habits & when she switched products, I wasn't too happy. But now that I'm using the Vitamin C products & see the change in my skin, I absolutely love them. Thanks Robin for convincing me.

I took my daughter today for her first facial. Robin was amazing with her. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and why.  She also recommended a skin care routine and the right way for her to care for her skin.  My daughter was hesitant about getting a facial but upon leaving told me how much she enjoyed it and how relaxing it was.

I had a wonderful O2 facial with Robin.  My skin is still glowing.  I had tight muscles in my neck and head, and Robin gave an incredible head/neck massage.  Boy did she loosen those tight muscles.  Her fingers worked magic. Thank you, Robin such a caring person.
