"Youth in a Bottle" ...... "I must say, I LOVE Image Skincare products. Since I have been using the Image Max line of Skincare, my skin has totally changed. Robin Poole, our licensed aesthetician, has chosen that particular line of Image for me after evaluating my skin and she was right on! We have a full line of Image products at our Center. Robin was very knowledgeable and professional, but super down to earth and easy to talk to. She has a ton of experience and really customizes the facial, and the place is so clean and inviting.  My skin looked and felt great after.  I will definitely be back!  

Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert aesthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!  We had to book our next appt. before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6 - weeks for facial #2!  I Can not wit to see Robin again!  

Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. I moved to Connecticut 1 1/2 years ago and didn't know anyone. I had left my hairdresser and esthetician behind, and was sure I wouldn't find anyone as good as they were or anyone I could afford here in Connecticut. She has had years of experience and you know that after you get your first facial from her. It is wonderful and I go to her every four weeks for an hour of Bliss.

Love the Treatment!  I'm so happy with the Image Oxygen Facial 02 Lift.  It has made my skin look so dewy and more alive.  It was very effective with exfoliating my skin, now it looks fresh and smooth. I'm also very glad I purchased the Post Treatment Kit.  I love what the Vit. C serum does.  Thank You Robin!  

Robin is an amazing Esthetician! I had been looking for someone who was knowledgeable and professional in the area for over a year. I had several consultations with different facialists but it always seemed as if they were selling me products and services without answering my questions about how best to care for my skin as I age, I'm late forties. I met Robin through a mutual friend. I was very pleased to finally have found someone knowledgeable about skincare and who individualized her services to my skin. If you’re not obsessed with the way your skin looks, chances are you’re not using the right skin care products. I have never met a more honest, sincere and considerate esthetician than Robin. She doesn’t just talk about what she can do to help, she teaches you how you can help yourself. She loves what she does, and it shows.

To say that I look forward to my facial at Robin’s Nest all day is an understatement.  The experience is a lovely one!  From the moment I walk into the spa in her home, I begin to relax ~ Robin’s cheerful greeting, the esthetic's in the room, the soothing music, the low, warm lighting ~ it all combines to create an atmosphere that literally causes the stress of the day to leave my body.  The facials are fabulous, and I leave with my skin feeling rejuvenated.  As a bonus, Robin’s education and experience give her a unique perspective to notice problem areas with skin.  She cautioned me to watch a spot on my face; as a result, my dermatologist removed a pre-cancerous skin spot when I pointed it out.  Also, as a New York and Connecticut certified aesthetician, Robin is qualified to remove milia, those annoying bumps that had surfaced on my cheeks and chin as I aged.  Thank you, Robin, for your knowledge and skill in making my skin glow!

She applies her 36 years of expertise as an aesthetician to determine what is truly the best approach and products for your skin. I have really fallen in love with the Image Skincare line that she uses because it doesn’t irritate or inflame my skin. I felt so comfortable discussing my concerns and anti-aging goals with her. I have been going to Robin for facials for sometime now and I love it every time.  She is very professional and explains to me what she is going to do.  I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her.  My skin always feels great afterwards and I would for sure go back for another facial.  She even noticed a spot on my nose that she recommended I check with my dermatologist who was very impressed with her.  Thanks to Robin's experience she was able to identify the spot which allowed me to get to my dermatologist just in time.  I highly recommend Robin, you won't be disappointed.

I had a virtual consultation with Robin a week ago and was very impressed!  The consultation was done via FaceTime and Robin really took the time to understand my concerns and provided thought out product recommendations and not just a pile of random products to purchase.  After the call she followed up via email with her list of recs and I was able to purchase them through her site.  She shipped out quickly and included an RX of how/when to use everything (and she even included some samples).  I've been using everything since I've received and her recs were spot on!  Already noticing some improvement in areas we talked about.  Can't recommend a virtual consult with Robin enough!
