Robin is amazing!!! I went to her for a facial after hearing about her from a friend. My face has never felt better!! Rough dry patches? Gone. Oncoming breakout? Gone. Pesky black heads! GONE! She is a miracle worker! She know exactly what your skin needs to look and feel it's best. Looking forward to seeing her again soon...

I have been a very happy facial customer of Robin Poole for probably 10 + years... they go by too fast! Robin is a consistently skilled aesthetician. She is very friendly and does an excellent job and I am thankful for her wonderful work....so is my mom, who loves to receive Robin's work very much now that she is 80 with the skin of a 40 year old!

So ... I don't actually know how many guys pay attention to their skin (I wasn't one of them) BUT the number is probably low in my opinion. I visited Robin about a week before my wedding. I wanted to at most look somewhat decent next to my beautiful future wife to be. And boy did I come close lol ... Even after a week, a hectic week at that, I still had a glow to my face! Fellas, trust me. Impress your woman and get your face done by Robin! By doing so, you'll end up impressing yourself too!! Thank you Robin for helping make one of the best days of my life even better!!

Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert aesthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!  We had to book our next appt. before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6 - weeks for facial #2!  I Can not wit to see Robin again!

If you want a great facial done with quality products, Robin is the one! She has been in the business for years and you can tell with her knowledge of skin and skincare. I've had much more expensive facial done at spas that can't compare with her quality.

I have been going to Robin for facials for sometime now and I love it every time.  She is very professional and explains to me what she is going to do.  I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her.  My skin always feels great afterwards and I would for sure go back for another facial.  She even noticed a spot on my nose that she recommended I check with my dermatologist who was very impressed with her.  Thanks to Robin's experience she was able to identify the spot which allowed me to get to my dermatologist just in time.  I highly recommend Robin, you won't be disappointed.

It has been over 6 years since I have been receiving facials from Robin. I have had many facials in the last 20 years in different atmospheres from spas, holistic centers, to medical offices, etc. Robin has so much experience and is knowledgeable in the latest treatments and theory. Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. I met Robin when someone gave me a gift certificate for a facial at a salon on Long Island many decades ago. After my first session with Robin, I was hooked not only on the notion of getting regular facials but on her. She is an amazing person and esthetician who is quite knowledgeable about skincare. Her products are amazing and reasonable in price and her extractions are painless and thorough. My face never looked so clean, bright and young. Robin moved to Connecticut some years ago and I have been missing her since. I've tried other "experts", spent a lot of money and didn't come close to having the results I did when Robin was in charge. I even took the drive up to Connecticut several times so I could get a facial but it became too difficult to keep up. I envy all of you who have appointments with Robin... you've just struck gold!

My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.

I had a virtual consultation with Robin a week ago and was very impressed!  The consultation was done via FaceTime and Robin really took the time to understand my concerns and provided thought out product recommendations and not just a pile of random products to purchase.  After the call she followed up via email with her list of recs and I was able to purchase them through her site.  She shipped out quickly and included an RX of how/when to use everything (and she even included some samples).  I've been using everything since I've received and her recs were spot on!  Already noticing some improvement in areas we talked about.  Can't recommend a virtual consult with Robin enough!
