I took my daughter today for her first facial. Robin was amazing with her. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and why.  She also recommended a skin care routine and the right way for her to care for her skin.  My daughter was hesitant about getting a facial but upon leaving told me how much she enjoyed it and how relaxing it was.

Robin is the best!!! She's so experienced and personable. She knows exactly what your skin needs. My face was glowing for weeks after my facial. I received so many compliments! I highly recommend her for your skincare needs.

Robin is an amazing Esthetician! I had been looking for someone who was knowledgeable and professional in the area for over a year. I had several consultations with different facialists but it always seemed as if they were selling me products and services without answering my questions about how best to care for my skin as I age, I'm late forties. I met Robin through a mutual friend. I was very pleased to finally have found someone knowledgeable about skincare and who individualized her services to my skin. She recommended products which helped my skin look healthy, supple and of course look younger. I highly recommend Robin!

Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert esthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!! we had to book our next appt before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6-weeks for facial #2!! Can not wait to see Robin again!

To say that I look forward to my facial at Robin’s Nest all day is an understatement.  The experience is a lovely one!  From the moment I walk into the spa in her home, I begin to relax ~ Robin’s cheerful greeting, the esthetic's in the room, the soothing music, the low, warm lighting ~ it all combines to create an atmosphere that literally causes the stress of the day to leave my body.  The facials are fabulous, and I leave with my skin feeling rejuvenated.  As a bonus, Robin’s education and experience give her a unique perspective to notice problem areas with skin.  She cautioned me to watch a spot on my face; as a result, my dermatologist removed a pre-cancerous skin spot when I pointed it out.  Also, as a New York and Connecticut certified aesthetician, Robin is qualified to remove milia, those annoying bumps that had surfaced on my cheeks and chin as I aged.  Thank you, Robin, for your knowledge and skill in making my skin glow!

I've been seeing Robin for a couple of years now!  Consummate professional.  Knows her stuff.  Has worked with my skin through several conditions... dehydrated, pregnant, fertility treatments...  can't say enough. I moved to Connecticut 1 1/2 years ago and didn't know anyone. I had left my hairdresser and esthetician behind, and was sure I wouldn't find anyone as good as they were or anyone I could afford here in Connecticut. I started inquiring and someone recommended Robin. I knew I would like her from the minute we met. After getting my first facial from her I knew she was one of the best. She has had years of experience and you know that after you get your first facial from her. It is wonderful and I go to her every four weeks for an hour of Bliss.

I was looking up a functional medicine Dr. In my area and I came across Robin on the same of website I liked the fact that she specialized in acne. I looked her up on the Internet and found more information about her online. It turned out that she had left the place and was removed from the website a few weeks after I found her. I felt very lucky that I came across that website and found her, I was meant to be her client. My very first facial ever was very relaxing and I felt good about finally doing something that could possibly improve the texture, tone and cystic acne that I've been dealing with for most of my life. I started using the facial products that Robin recommended and the first week and a half to 2 weeks After using it I noticed significant results in the texture of my skin. I also noticed that I did not have any hormonal breakouts which is rare for me. I looked forward to using the products because of the results but mostly because I loved the smell. It smelled like the best ripest oranges ever! The ingredients in the facial products did not cause any irritation of any kind, and I consider myself to have sensitive skin. My skin felt very comfortable and happy when I used these products. I started using an anti aging product along with the C line and now my skin has a glow that I've never had before. Both my husband and mother commented on how much better my skin looked. I feel very fortunate and very grateful that I found Robin. She is a professional and a very sweet person. I feel I have tried everything in my Journey to improve my skin and never found anything that changed my skin as well as these products and facials have so far. I had a facial and peel done by Robin yesterday! I was super impressed with the care and attention I received.  Robin welcomed me in with a friendly smile. She is truly wonderful at what she does! So ... I don't actually know how many guys pay attention to their skin (I wasn't one of them) BUT the number is probably low in my opinion. I visited Robin about a week before my wedding. I wanted to at most look somewhat decent next to my beautiful future wife to be. And boy did I come close lol ... Even after a week, a hectic week at that, I still had a glow to my face! Fellas, trust me. Impress your woman and get your face done by Robin! By doing so, you'll end up impressing yourself too!! I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin. She always suggested the proper way for me to maintain "my glow" and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning skin health. She is very up-to-date on proper eating habits and the right skin care and sun tan lotions to use. I recommend her without reservation.

I love the products! It has been over 6 years since I have been receiving facials from Robin. Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba.
