I just had a great facial with Robin Poole. She's an excellent Esthetician! I highly recommend her!

It has been over 6 years since I have been receiving facials from Robin. I have had many facials in the last 20 years in different atmospheres from spas, holistic centers, to medical offices, etc. Robin has so much experience and is knowledgeable in the latest treatments and theory. She is always so accommodating in my specific concerns and schedule. I have problem scarred skin with large pores and she does and amazing job of keeping it looking even and healthy. There has been such an improvement in the texture and resiliency of my skin. I'm so happy and always look forward to my monthly appointments.

I had a facial and peel done by Robin yesterday! I was super impressed with the care and attention I received.  Robin welcomed me in with a friendly smile. She is truly wonderful at what she does! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. My first ever eyebrow was was a super success thanks to Robin.  I was super nervous but it was a breeze!!  Her aura is so sweet. She has an absolutely gorgeous aesthetician's  office in New Milford.  Super welcoming and calming.  I highly recommend it!!

Love the Treatment!  I'm so happy with the Image Oxygen Facial 02 Lift.  It has made my skin look so dewy and more alive.  It was very effective with exfoliating my skin, now it looks fresh and smooth. I was looking up a functional medicine Dr. In my area and I came across Robin on the same of website I liked the fact that she specialized in acne. I looked her up on the Internet and found more information about her online. It turned out that she had left the place and was removed from the website a few weeks after I found her. I felt very lucky that I came across that website and found her, I was meant to be her client. My very first facial ever was very relaxing and I felt good about finally doing something that could possibly improve the texture, tone and cystic acne that I've been dealing with for most of my life. I started using the facial products that Robin recommended and the first week and a half to 2 weeks After using it I noticed significant results in the texture of my skin. I also noticed that I did not have any hormonal breakouts which is rare for me. I looked forward to using the products because of the results but mostly because I loved the smell. It smelled like the best ripest oranges ever! The ingredients in the facial products did not cause any irritation of any kind, and I consider myself to have sensitive skin. My skin felt very comfortable and happy when I used these products. I started using an anti aging product along with the C line and now my skin has a glow that I've never had before. Both my husband and mother commented on how much better my skin looked. I feel very fortunate and very grateful that I found Robin. She is a professional and a very sweet person. I feel I have tried everything in my Journey to improve my skin and never found anything that changed my skin as well as these products and facials have so far. My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.

Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert aesthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!  We had to book our next appt. before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6 - weeks for facial #2!  I Can not wit to see Robin again!

Robin is an amazing Esthetician! I had been looking for someone who was knowledgeable and professional in the area for over a year. I had several consultations with different facialists but it always seemed as if they were selling me products and services without answering my questions about how best to care for my skin as I age, I'm late forties. I met Robin through a mutual friend. I was very pleased to finally have found someone knowledgeable about skincare and who individualized her services to my skin.
