My first facial with Robin and it won't be my last.  She provided a wonderful spa like atmosphere and is very knowledgeable about skincare.  I would recommend her to anyone looking to take care of their skin and have a little pampering.

I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin. She always suggested the proper way for me to maintain "my glow" and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning skin health. She is very up-to-date on proper eating habits and the right skin care and sun tan lotions to use. I recommend her without reservation.

My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.

Love the Treatment!  I'm so happy with the Image Oxygen Facial 02 Lift.  It has made my skin look so dewy and more alive.  It was very effective with exfoliating my skin, now it looks fresh and smooth. I took my daughter today for her first facial. Robin was amazing with her. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and why.  She also recommended a skin care routine and the right way for her to care for her skin.  My daughter was hesitant about getting a facial but upon leaving told me how much she enjoyed it and how relaxing it was.

Many years ago I moved to a new town named Babylon. It was there that I got to meet Robin. I had developed acne at 24 years old, after never having skin issues in my life. I made an appointment for a facial with her, and my life changed. Her products were unbelievable, her advice about nutrition and what causes acne was spot on, and her personality was amazing!!! We developed a beautiful friendship. I continued going to Robin for many years. The only reason I stopped seeing her was because she moved!! I have never been able to find another person to fill her role. I can't say enough about what an asset she is to any company. I have often secretly wished she would move back to Long Island! Robin is an amazing Esthetician! I had been looking for someone who was knowledgeable and professional in the area for over a year. I had several consultations with different facialists but it always seemed as if they were selling me products and services without answering my questions about how best to care for my skin as I age, I'm late forties. I met Robin through a mutual friend. I was very pleased to finally have found someone knowledgeable about skincare and who individualized her services to my skin. She recommended products which helped my skin look healthy, supple and of course look younger. I highly recommend Robin!

I moved to Connecticut 1 1/2 years ago and didn't know anyone. I had left my hairdresser and esthetician behind, and was sure I wouldn't find anyone as good as they were or anyone I could afford here in Connecticut. I had a wonderful O2 facial with Robin.  My skin is still glowing.  I had tight muscles in my neck and head, and Robin gave an incredible head/neck massage.  Boy did she loosen those tight muscles.  Her fingers worked magic. Thank you, Robin such a caring person.

I was looking up a functional medicine Dr. In my area and I came across Robin on the same of website I liked the fact that she specialized in acne. I looked her up on the Internet and found more information about her online. It turned out that she had left the place and was removed from the website a few weeks after I found her. I felt very lucky that I came across that website and found her, I was meant to be her client. My very first facial ever was very relaxing and I felt good about finally doing something that could possibly improve the texture, tone and cystic acne that I've been dealing with for most of my life. I started using the facial products that Robin recommended and the first week and a half to 2 weeks After using it I noticed significant results in the texture of my skin. I also noticed that I did not have any hormonal breakouts which is rare for me. I looked forward to using the products because of the results but mostly because I loved the smell. It smelled like the best ripest oranges ever! The ingredients in the facial products did not cause any irritation of any kind, and I consider myself to have sensitive skin. My skin felt very comfortable and happy when I used these products. I started using an anti aging product along with the C line and now my skin has a glow that I've never had before. I have been going to Robin for facials for sometime now and I love it every time.  She is very professional and explains to me what she is going to do.  I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her.  My skin always feels great afterwards and I would for sure go back for another facial.  She even noticed a spot on my nose that she recommended I check with my dermatologist who was very impressed with her.  Thanks to Robin's experience she was able to identify the spot which allowed me to get to my dermatologist just in time.  I highly recommend Robin, you won't be disappointed.

Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba.
