I moved to Connecticut 1 1/2 years ago and didn't know anyone. I had left my hairdresser and esthetician behind, and was sure I wouldn't find anyone as good as they were or anyone I could afford here in Connecticut. I started inquiring and someone recommended Robin. I knew I would like her from the minute we met. After getting my first facial from her I knew she was one of the best. She has had years of experience and you know that after you get your first facial from her. It is wonderful and I go to her every four weeks for an hour of Bliss.

I had a facial and peel done by Robin yesterday! I was super impressed with the care and attention I received.  Robin welcomed me in with a friendly smile. She is truly wonderful at what she does! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease.  I was pretty impressed with the final result.  My face felt so clean and hydrated.  Thanks again Robin! If you haven't had a facial or other skincare service from Robin, you are missing out.

Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. Love the Treatment!  I'm so happy with the Image Oxygen Facial 02 Lift.  It has made my skin look so dewy and more alive.  It was very effective with exfoliating my skin, now it looks fresh and smooth. Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert esthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!! we had to book our next appt before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6-weeks for facial #2!! I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin. She always suggested the proper way for me to maintain "my glow" and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning skin health. She is very up-to-date on proper eating habits and the right skin care and sun tan lotions to use. I recommend her without reservation.

My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.

I love the products! My skin's texture and tone is improving. My breakouts are less frequent.  Also, I Love the smell of the vital C.  I can't wait to clean my face!  There is no dryness or irritation going on my skin feels more balanced oil wise.  I start the ageless this Tuesday and I can't wait to see what that does.
