I have suffered with severe acne for about 10 years. I have tried many different products and systems, all which turned out to be a waste of money. Robin has given my skin the care that it really needed, including a variety of peels, deep cleansing, and hydration techniques. She has also directed me to a skin care line that works for my skin type. It has been over 6 years since I have been receiving facials from Robin. If you’re not obsessed with the way your skin looks, chances are you’re not using the right skin care products. I think finding an individualized skin care routine for your skin’s needs is no easy task. That’s why I love Robin Poole, Robin’s Nest Skin Care and the Image Skin Care line that she uses. I trust Robin’s 36 years of education, experience and expertise when she individualizes a skin care routine just for me with Image Skin Care products. I love the Image Skin Care line because they are botanical based formulations with higher concentrations of dermatological actives. And I had chronically chapped lips until Robin set me up with the Ormedic Lip Enhancement Complex. Twice a day and bye-bye chapped lips. I have never met a more honest, sincere and considerate esthetician than Robin. She doesn’t just talk about what she can do to help, she teaches you how you can help yourself. She loves what she does, and it shows.

I have really fallen in love with the Image Skincare line that she uses because it doesn’t irritate or inflame my skin. I felt so comfortable discussing my concerns and anti-aging goals with her. I left with not just a glowing face, but with more knowledge about my skin and an action plan for my at-home care regimen.

I was looking up a functional medicine Dr. In my area and I came across Robin on the same of website I liked the fact that she specialized in acne. I looked her up on the Internet and found more information about her online. It turned out that she had left the place and was removed from the website a few weeks after I found her. I felt very lucky that I came across that website and found her, I was meant to be her client. My very first facial ever was very relaxing and I felt good about finally doing something that could possibly improve the texture, tone and cystic acne that I've been dealing with for most of my life. I started using the facial products that Robin recommended and the first week and a half to 2 weeks After using it I noticed significant results in the texture of my skin. I also noticed that I did not have any hormonal breakouts which is rare for me. I looked forward to using the products because of the results but mostly because I loved the smell. It smelled like the best ripest oranges ever! The ingredients in the facial products did not cause any irritation of any kind, and I consider myself to have sensitive skin. My skin felt very comfortable and happy when I used these products. I started using an anti aging product along with the C line and now my skin has a glow that I've never had before. Both my husband and mother commented on how much better my skin looked. I feel very fortunate and very grateful that I found Robin. She is a professional and a very sweet person. Robin was very knowledgeable and professional, but super down to earth and easy to talk to. She has a ton of experience and really customizes the facial, and the place is so clean and inviting.  My skin looked and felt great after.  I will definitely be back!  

Robin is an amazing Esthetician! I had been looking for someone who was knowledgeable and professional in the area for over a year. I had several consultations with different facialists but it always seemed as if they were selling me products and services without answering my questions about how best to care for my skin as I age, I'm late forties. I met Robin through a mutual friend. I was very pleased to finally have found someone knowledgeable about skincare and who individualized her services to my skin. Love the Treatment!  I'm so happy with the Image Oxygen Facial 02 Lift.  It has made my skin look so dewy and more alive.  It was very effective with exfoliating my skin, now it looks fresh and smooth. Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert esthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!! we had to book our next appt before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6-weeks for facial #2!!
