I went to Robins Nest for my first ever facial today! It was such a great experience and I'm so happy that I went. Robin was extremely professional and everything was perfect from start to finish. What a wonderful way to start my weekend.

I've had bad skin and always cover it up with make-up. I've tried so many different products over the years but nothing worked to correct, until now! I'm so happy I found Robin! Since having a signature facial and just recently a lift facial my skin has been so much better! I've even left the house without makeup which never happened before. So ... I don't actually know how many guys pay attention to their skin (I wasn't one of them) BUT the number is probably low in my opinion. I visited Robin about a week before my wedding. I wanted to at most look somewhat decent next to my beautiful future wife to be. And boy did I come close lol ... Even after a week, a hectic week at that, I still had a glow to my face! Fellas, trust me. Impress your woman and get your face done by Robin! By doing so, you'll end up impressing yourself too!! Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. I highly recommend going to Robin. She has a lot of experience and does an amazing job!

My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.

I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin. She always suggested the proper way for me to maintain "my glow" and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning skin health. She is very up-to-date on proper eating habits and the right skin care and sun tan lotions to use. I recommend her without reservation.

I had a virtual consultation with Robin a week ago and was very impressed!  The consultation was done via FaceTime and Robin really took the time to understand my concerns and provided thought out product recommendations and not just a pile of random products to purchase.  After the call she followed up via email with her list of recs and I was able to purchase them through her site.  She shipped out quickly and included an RX of how/when to use everything (and she even included some samples).  I've been using everything since I've received and her recs were spot on!  Already noticing some improvement in areas we talked about.  Can't recommend a virtual consult with Robin enough!  

Robin is incredible!!! I have had so many spa facials and not one can compare to how amazing my skin loks and feels!!! She examined my skin and asked me questions about my goals, and then chose the best products that would work for me. The product line is amazing. My skin has never looked this good. Many years ago I moved to a new town named Babylon. It was there that I got to meet Robin. I had developed acne at 24 years old, after never having skin issues in my life. I made an appointment for a facial with her, and my life changed. Her products were unbelievable, her advice about nutrition and what causes acne was spot on, and her personality was amazing!!! We developed a beautiful friendship. I continued going to Robin for many years. The only reason I stopped seeing her was because she moved!! I have never been able to find another person to fill her role. I can't say enough about what an asset she is to any company. I have often secretly wished she would move back to Long Island! Very selfish of me, but that is how much I miss her, and her facials. Thank you for this opportunity.

If you want a great facial done with quality products, Robin is the one! She has been in the business for years and you can tell with her knowledge of skin and skincare. I've had much more expensive facial done at spas that can't compare with her quality.

Love the Treatment!  I'm so happy with the Image Oxygen Facial 02 Lift.  It has made my skin look so dewy and more alive.  It was very effective with exfoliating my skin, now it looks fresh and smooth. I'm also very glad I purchased the Post Treatment Kit.  I love what the Vit. C serum does.  Thank You Robin!  

I met Robin when someone gave me a gift certificate for a facial at a salon on Long Island many decades ago. After my first session with Robin, I was hooked not only on the notion of getting regular facials but on her. She is an amazing person and esthetician who is quite knowledgeable about skincare. Her products are amazing and reasonable in price and her extractions are painless and thorough. My face never looked so clean, bright and young. Robin moved to Connecticut some years ago and I have been missing her since. I've tried other "experts", spent a lot of money and didn't come close to having the results I did when Robin was in charge. I even took the drive up to Connecticut several times so I could get a facial but it became too difficult to keep up. I envy all of you who have appointments with Robin... you've just struck gold!
