I met Robin when someone gave me a gift certificate for a facial at a salon on Long Island many decades ago. After my first session with Robin, I was hooked not only on the notion of getting regular facials but on her. She is an amazing person and esthetician who is quite knowledgeable about skincare. Her products are amazing and reasonable in price and her extractions are painless and thorough. My face never looked so clean, bright and young. Robin moved to Connecticut some years ago and I have been missing her since. I've tried other "experts", spent a lot of money and didn't come close to having the results I did when Robin was in charge. I even took the drive up to Connecticut several times so I could get a facial but it became too difficult to keep up. I envy all of you who have appointments with Robin... you've just struck gold!

I had problems with acne for years. After just one treatment, I started noticing a difference, and so did everyone else! I moved to Connecticut 1 1/2 years ago and didn't know anyone. I had left my hairdresser and esthetician behind, and was sure I wouldn't find anyone as good as they were or anyone I could afford here in Connecticut. I started inquiring and someone recommended Robin. I knew I would like her from the minute we met. After getting my first facial from her I knew she was one of the best. She has had years of experience and you know that after you get your first facial from her. It is wonderful and I go to her every four weeks for an hour of Bliss.

I had a wonderful O2 facial with Robin.  My skin is still glowing.  I had tight muscles in my neck and head, and Robin gave an incredible head/neck massage.  Boy did she loosen those tight muscles.  Her fingers worked magic. Thank you, Robin such a caring person.

I took my daughter today for her first facial. Robin was amazing with her. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and why.  She also recommended a skin care routine and the right way for her to care for her skin.  My daughter was hesitant about getting a facial but upon leaving told me how much she enjoyed it and how relaxing it was.

I have been a very happy facial customer of Robin Poole for probably 10 + years... they go by too fast! Robin is a consistently skilled aesthetician. Many years ago I moved to a new town named Babylon. It was there that I got to meet Robin. I had developed acne at 24 years old, after never having skin issues in my life. I made an appointment for a facial with her, and my life changed. Her products were unbelievable, her advice about nutrition and what causes acne was spot on, and her personality was amazing!!! We developed a beautiful friendship. I continued going to Robin for many years. The only reason I stopped seeing her was because she moved!! I have never been able to find another person to fill her role. I can't say enough about what an asset she is to any company. I have often secretly wished she would move back to Long Island!
