I took my daughter today for her first facial. Robin was amazing with her. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and why.  She also recommended a skin care routine and the right way for her to care for her skin.  My daughter was hesitant about getting a facial but upon leaving told me how much she enjoyed it and how relaxing it was.

My first facial with Robin and it won't be my last.  She provided a wonderful spa like atmosphere and is very knowledgeable about skincare.  I would recommend her to anyone looking to take care of their skin and have a little pampering.

I've had bad skin and always cover it up with make-up. I've tried so many different products over the years but nothing worked to correct, until now! I'm so happy I found Robin! My last facial with Robin was the o2 and it really made my skin feel great! She has created a nice space to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin. She always suggested the proper way for me to maintain "my glow" and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning skin health. She is very up-to-date on proper eating habits and the right skin care and sun tan lotions to use. I recommend her without reservation.

So ... I don't actually know how many guys pay attention to their skin (I wasn't one of them) BUT the number is probably low in my opinion. I visited Robin about a week before my wedding. I wanted to at most look somewhat decent next to my beautiful future wife to be. And boy did I come close lol ... Even after a week, a hectic week at that, I still had a glow to my face! Fellas, trust me. Impress your woman and get your face done by Robin! By doing so, you'll end up impressing yourself too!! Thank you Robin for helping make one of the best days of my life even better!!

My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.

Excellent esthetician!  Robin has an extensive background in skincare and her studio is in-house which I love.  Don't hesitate to put your skin in her care.

I had a virtual consultation with Robin a week ago and was very impressed!  The consultation was done via FaceTime and Robin really took the time to understand my concerns and provided thought out product recommendations and not just a pile of random products to purchase.  After the call she followed up via email with her list of recs and I was able to purchase them through her site.  She shipped out quickly and included an RX of how/when to use everything (and she even included some samples).  I've been using everything since I've received and her recs were spot on!  Already noticing some improvement in areas we talked about.  Can't recommend a virtual consult with Robin enough!

I've been seeing Robin for a couple of years now!  Consummate professional.  Knows her stuff.  Has worked with my skin through several conditions... dehydrated, pregnant, fertility treatments...  can't say enough. Robin is an expert aesthetician, her space is healing, her knowledge of skin and the products best suited for my skin and my daughters skin type was right on.  My skin was absolutely glowing after the facial.  I highly recommend Robin's Spa.  I can't wait to go back.  I already made a follow up appointment.

I moved to Connecticut 1 1/2 years ago and didn't know anyone. I had left my hairdresser and esthetician behind, and was sure I wouldn't find anyone as good as they were or anyone I could afford here in Connecticut. I started inquiring and someone recommended Robin. I knew I would like her from the minute we met. After getting my first facial from her I knew she was one of the best. She has had years of experience and you know that after you get your first facial from her. It is wonderful and I go to her every four weeks for an hour of Bliss.

I have been going to Robin over 13 years & love her facials. She now has new products. I'm a creature of old habits & when she switched products, I wasn't too happy. But now that I'm using the Vitamin C products & see the change in my skin, I absolutely love them. Thanks Robin for convincing me.

I had an excellent facial with Robin today. My skin looked different when I left than when I got there...healthier. So happy I found her...she's a gem.

I was looking up a functional medicine Dr. In my area and I came across Robin on the same of website I liked the fact that she specialized in acne. I looked her up on the Internet and found more information about her online. It turned out that she had left the place and was removed from the website a few weeks after I found her. I felt very lucky that I came across that website and found her, I was meant to be her client. My very first facial ever was very relaxing and I felt good about finally doing something that could possibly improve the texture, tone and cystic acne that I've been dealing with for most of my life. I started using the facial products that Robin recommended and the first week and a half to 2 weeks After using it I noticed significant results in the texture of my skin. I also noticed that I did not have any hormonal breakouts which is rare for me. I looked forward to using the products because of the results but mostly because I loved the smell. It smelled like the best ripest oranges ever! The ingredients in the facial products did not cause any irritation of any kind, and I consider myself to have sensitive skin. My skin felt very comfortable and happy when I used these products. I started using an anti aging product along with the C line and now my skin has a glow that I've never had before.
