Robin is wonderful!! I can't speak highly enough about her.  She did a facial for me before my wedding...

I met Robin when someone gave me a gift certificate for a facial at a salon on Long Island many decades ago. After my first session with Robin, I was hooked not only on the notion of getting regular facials but on her. She is an amazing person and esthetician who is quite knowledgeable about skincare. Her products are amazing and reasonable in price and her extractions are painless and thorough. My face never looked so clean, bright and young. Robin moved to Connecticut some years ago and I have been missing her since. I've tried other "experts", spent a lot of money and didn't come close to having the results I did when Robin was in charge. I even took the drive up to Connecticut several times so I could get a facial but it became too difficult to keep up. I envy all of you who have appointments with Robin... you've just struck gold!

Wow I just had an o2 facial and it was fabulous! My skin looks and feels great! Robin is amazing, she is a caring,knowledgeable, and very skilled aesthetician! Feeling so relaxed and absolutely glowing!

If you want a great facial done with quality products, Robin is the one! She has been in the business for years and you can tell with her knowledge of skin and skincare. I've had much more expensive facial done at spas that can't compare with her quality.

I had a wonderful O2 facial with Robin.  My skin is still glowing.  I had tight muscles in my neck and head, and Robin gave an incredible head/neck massage.  Boy did she loosen those tight muscles.  Her fingers worked magic. Thank you, Robin such a caring person.

Love the Treatment!  I'm so happy with the Image Oxygen Facial 02 Lift.  It has made my skin look so dewy and more alive.  It was very effective with exfoliating my skin, now it looks fresh and smooth. I had a facial and peel done by Robin yesterday! I was super impressed with the care and attention I received.  Robin welcomed me in with a friendly smile. She is truly wonderful at what she does! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I have been a very happy facial customer of Robin Poole for probably 10 + years... they go by too fast! Robin is a consistently skilled aesthetician. She is very friendly and does an excellent job and I am thankful for her wonderful work....so is my mom, who loves to receive Robin's work very much now that she is 80 with the skin of a 40 year old!

To say that I look forward to my facial at Robin’s Nest all day is an understatement.  The experience is a lovely one!  From the moment I walk into the spa in her home, I begin to relax ~ Robin’s cheerful greeting, the esthetic's in the room, the soothing music, the low, warm lighting ~ it all combines to create an atmosphere that literally causes the stress of the day to leave my body.  The facials are fabulous, and I leave with my skin feeling rejuvenated.  As a bonus, Robin’s education and experience give her a unique perspective to notice problem areas with skin.  She cautioned me to watch a spot on my face; as a result, my dermatologist removed a pre-cancerous skin spot when I pointed it out.  Also, as a New York and Connecticut certified aesthetician, Robin is qualified to remove milia, those annoying bumps that had surfaced on my cheeks and chin as I aged.  Thank you, Robin, for your knowledge and skill in making my skin glow!

I went to Robins Nest for my first ever facial today! It was such a great experience and I'm so happy that I went. Robin was extremely professional and everything was perfect from start to finish. What a wonderful way to start my weekend.

I had a virtual consultation with Robin a week ago and was very impressed!  The consultation was done via FaceTime and Robin really took the time to understand my concerns and provided thought out product recommendations and not just a pile of random products to purchase.  After the call she followed up via email with her list of recs and I was able to purchase them through her site.  She shipped out quickly and included an RX of how/when to use everything (and she even included some samples).  I've been using everything since I've received and her recs were spot on!  Already noticing some improvement in areas we talked about.  Can't recommend a virtual consult with Robin enough!  

I had problems with acne for years. After just one treatment, I started noticing a difference, and so did everyone else! I love the products! My skin's texture and tone is improving. My breakouts are less frequent.  Also, I Love the smell of the vital C.  I can't wait to clean my face!  There is no dryness or irritation going on my skin feels more balanced oil wise.  I start the ageless this Tuesday and I can't wait to see what that does. Robin is an amazing Esthetician! I had been looking for someone who was knowledgeable and professional in the area for over a year. I had several consultations with different facialists but it always seemed as if they were selling me products and services without answering my questions about how best to care for my skin as I age, I'm late forties. I met Robin through a mutual friend. I was very pleased to finally have found someone knowledgeable about skincare and who individualized her services to my skin. My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.
