I trust her recommendations completely and in the 25 years I have known her, she has helped keep my complexion glowing! Her understanding of my skin also extends to waxing treatments - despite having sensitive skin on my legs and a very irregular growth pattern, Robin's expertise has ensured that my legs stay clear and smooth. I highly recommend Robin - not only is she a fantastic skin care specialist, she is also a wonderful person!

It has been over 6 years since I have been receiving facials from Robin. I have had many facials in the last 20 years in different atmospheres from spas, holistic centers, to medical offices, etc. Robin has so much experience and is knowledgeable in the latest treatments and theory. I took my daughter today for her first facial. Robin was amazing with her. Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert esthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!! we had to book our next appt before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6-weeks for facial #2!! I have really fallen in love with the Image Skincare line that she uses because it doesn’t irritate or inflame my skin. I felt so comfortable discussing my concerns and anti-aging goals with her. I left with not just a glowing face, but with more knowledge about my skin and an action plan for my at-home care regimen.

Robin is an expert aesthetician, her space is healing, her knowledge of skin and the products best suited for my skin and my daughters skin type was right on.  My skin was absolutely glowing after the facial.  I highly recommend Robin's spa. I have suffered with severe acne for about 10 years. I have tried many different products and systems, all which turned out to be a waste of money. Robin has given my skin the care that it really needed, including a variety of peels, deep cleansing, and hydration techniques. She has also directed me to a skin care line that works for my skin type. You will quickly feel at ease with Robin, with her friendly personality and realize that she is very experienced in the line of work that she does. I had a virtual consultation with Robin a week ago and was very impressed!  The consultation was done via FaceTime and Robin really took the time to understand my concerns and provided thought out product recommendations and not just a pile of random products to purchase.  After the call she followed up via email with her list of recs and I was able to purchase them through her site.  She shipped out quickly and included an RX of how/when to use everything (and she even included some samples).  I've been using everything since I've received and her recs were spot on!  Already noticing some improvement in areas we talked about.  Can't recommend a virtual consult with Robin enough!

I've had bad skin and always cover it up with make-up. I've tried so many different products over the years but nothing worked to correct, until now! I'm so happy I found Robin! Since having a signature facial and just recently a lift facial my skin has been so much better! I've even left the house without makeup which never happened before. My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.

I just had another Signature Peel Facial today with Robin.  My face looks and feels great!  Robin is so professional and knowledgeable about the Image Skincare products. Just love her!

If you want a great facial done with quality products, Robin is the one! She has been in the business for years and you can tell with her knowledge of skin and skincare. I've had much more expensive facial done at spas that can't compare with her quality.

I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin. She always suggested the proper way for me to maintain "my glow" and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning skin health. She is very up-to-date on proper eating habits and the right skin care and sun tan lotions to use. I recommend her without reservation.
