To say that I look forward to my facial at Robin’s Nest all day is an understatement.  The experience is a lovely one!  From the moment I walk into the spa in her home, I begin to relax ~ Robin’s cheerful greeting, the esthetic's in the room, the soothing music, the low, warm lighting ~ it all combines to create an atmosphere that literally causes the stress of the day to leave my body.  The facials are fabulous, and I leave with my skin feeling rejuvenated.  As a bonus, Robin’s education and experience give her a unique perspective to notice problem areas with skin.  She cautioned me to watch a spot on my face; as a result, my dermatologist removed a pre-cancerous skin spot when I pointed it out.  Also, as a New York and Connecticut certified aesthetician, Robin is qualified to remove milia, those annoying bumps that had surfaced on my cheeks and chin as I aged.  Thank you, Robin, for your knowledge and skill in making my skin glow!

I've had bad skin and always cover it up with make-up. I've tried so many different products over the years but nothing worked to correct, until now! I'm so happy I found Robin! Since having a signature facial and just recently a lift facial my skin has been so much better! I've even left the house without makeup which never happened before. I met Robin when someone gave me a gift certificate for a facial at a salon on Long Island many decades ago. After my first session with Robin, I was hooked not only on the notion of getting regular facials but on her. She is an amazing person and esthetician who is quite knowledgeable about skincare. Her products are amazing and reasonable in price and her extractions are painless and thorough. My face never looked so clean, bright and young. Robin moved to Connecticut some years ago and I have been missing her since. I've tried other "experts", spent a lot of money and didn't come close to having the results I did when Robin was in charge. I even took the drive up to Connecticut several times so I could get a facial but it became too difficult to keep up. I envy all of you who have appointments with Robin... you've just struck gold!

Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. I highly recommend going to Robin. She has a lot of experience and does an amazing job!

If you want a great facial done with quality products, Robin is the one! She has been in the business for years and you can tell with her knowledge of skin and skincare. I've had much more expensive facial done at spas that can't compare with her quality.

Many years ago I moved to a new town named Babylon. It was there that I got to meet Robin. I had developed acne at 24 years old, after never having skin issues in my life. I made an appointment for a facial with her, and my life changed. Her products were unbelievable, her advice about nutrition and what causes acne was spot on, and her personality was amazing!!! We developed a beautiful friendship. I continued going to Robin for many years. The only reason I stopped seeing her was because she moved!! I have never been able to find another person to fill her role. I can't say enough about what an asset she is to any company. I have often secretly wished she would move back to Long Island! Very selfish of me, but that is how much I miss her, and her facials. Thank you for this opportunity.

Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert esthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!! we had to book our next appt before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6-weeks for facial #2!! Can not wait to see Robin again!

My first facial with Robin was a lifesaver.  She noticed a mole on my back.  She looked at it and recommended I go to a dermatologist. It was skin cancer and I was lucky that it was taken care of right away. I'm so grateful she took notice.   I loved the facial and had many more with her after that.  I try to get to Connecticut once or twice a year for a great facial and catch up... I miss her very much.

So ... I don't actually know how many guys pay attention to their skin (I wasn't one of them) BUT the number is probably low in my opinion. I visited Robin about a week before my wedding. I wanted to at most look somewhat decent next to my beautiful future wife to be. And boy did I come close lol ... Even after a week, a hectic week at that, I still had a glow to my face! Fellas, trust me. Impress your woman and get your face done by Robin! By doing so, you'll end up impressing yourself too!! I have been going to Robin for facials for sometime now and I love it every time.  She is very professional and explains to me what she is going to do.  I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her.  My skin always feels great afterwards and I would for sure go back for another facial.  She even noticed a spot on my nose that she recommended I check with my dermatologist who was very impressed with her.  Thanks to Robin's experience she was able to identify the spot which allowed me to get to my dermatologist just in time.  I highly recommend Robin, you won't be disappointed.

My first ever eyebrow was was a super success thanks to Robin.  I was super nervous but it was a breeze!!  Her aura is so sweet. She has an absolutely gorgeous aesthetician's  office in New Milford.  Super welcoming and calming.  I highly recommend it!!

I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin.
