I met Robin when someone gave me a gift certificate for a facial at a salon on Long Island many decades ago. After my first session with Robin, I was hooked not only on the notion of getting regular facials but on her. She is an amazing person and esthetician who is quite knowledgeable about skincare. Her products are amazing and reasonable in price and her extractions are painless and thorough. My face never looked so clean, bright and young. Robin moved to Connecticut some years ago and I have been missing her since. I've tried other "experts", spent a lot of money and didn't come close to having the results I did when Robin was in charge. I even took the drive up to Connecticut several times so I could get a facial but it became too difficult to keep up. I envy all of you who have appointments with Robin... you've just struck gold!

I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin. She always suggested the proper way for me to maintain "my glow" and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning skin health. She is very up-to-date on proper eating habits and the right skin care and sun tan lotions to use. I recommend her without reservation.

Love the Treatment!  I'm so happy with the Image Oxygen Facial 02 Lift.  It has made my skin look so dewy and more alive.  It was very effective with exfoliating my skin, now it looks fresh and smooth. I took my daughter today for her first facial. Robin was amazing with her. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and why.  She also recommended a skin care routine and the right way for her to care for her skin.  My daughter was hesitant about getting a facial but upon leaving told me how much she enjoyed it and how relaxing it was.

Many years ago I moved to a new town named Babylon. It was there that I got to meet Robin. I had developed acne at 24 years old, after never having skin issues in my life. I made an appointment for a facial with her, and my life changed. Her products were unbelievable, her advice about nutrition and what causes acne was spot on, and her personality was amazing!!! We developed a beautiful friendship. I continued going to Robin for many years. The only reason I stopped seeing her was because she moved!! I have never been able to find another person to fill her role. I can't say enough about what an asset she is to any company. I have often secretly wished she would move back to Long Island! I was looking up a functional medicine Dr. In my area and I came across Robin on the same of website I liked the fact that she specialized in acne. I looked her up on the Internet and found more information about her online. It turned out that she had left the place and was removed from the website a few weeks after I found her. I felt very lucky that I came across that website and found her, I was meant to be her client. My very first facial ever was very relaxing and I felt good about finally doing something that could possibly improve the texture, tone and cystic acne that I've been dealing with for most of my life. Robin was very knowledgeable and professional, but super down to earth and easy to talk to. She has a ton of experience and really customizes the facial, and the place is so clean and inviting.  My skin looked and felt great after.  I will definitely be back!  

Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert esthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!! we had to book our next appt before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6-weeks for facial #2!!
