I was looking up a functional medicine Dr. In my area and I came across Robin on the same of website I liked the fact that she specialized in acne. I looked her up on the Internet and found more information about her online. It turned out that she had left the place and was removed from the website a few weeks after I found her. I felt very lucky that I came across that website and found her, I was meant to be her client. My very first facial ever was very relaxing and I felt good about finally doing something that could possibly improve the texture, tone and cystic acne that I've been dealing with for most of my life. I started using the facial products that Robin recommended and the first week and a half to 2 weeks After using it I noticed significant results in the texture of my skin. I also noticed that I did not have any hormonal breakouts which is rare for me. I looked forward to using the products because of the results but mostly because I loved the smell. It smelled like the best ripest oranges ever! The ingredients in the facial products did not cause any irritation of any kind, and I consider myself to have sensitive skin. My skin felt very comfortable and happy when I used these products. I started using an anti aging product along with the C line and now my skin has a glow that I've never had before. Both my husband and mother commented on how much better my skin looked. I feel very fortunate and very grateful that I found Robin. She is a professional and a very sweet person. I feel I have tried everything in my Journey to improve my skin and never found anything that changed my skin as well as these products and facials have so far. Robin is incredible!!! I have had so many spa facials and not one can compare to how amazing my skin loks and feels!!! She examined my skin and asked me questions about my goals, and then chose the best products that would work for me. The product line is amazing. My skin has never looked this good. Robin KNOWS skin.  She is an absolutely fantastic, expert esthetician with an extremely warm presence.  I (in my mid-twenties) and my mother (mid-fifties) went in this morning for facials - Robin took her time to truly get to know us and our skin before getting started.  Over the years I have been to several different spas which offer a "custom" facial and none have compared to the truly custom facial I received today!  My mom and I are totally refreshed and our dry, mistreated winter skin is truly GLOWING!! we had to book our next appt before leaving today and I will be back from New Jersey in 6-weeks for facial #2!! Can not wait to see Robin again!

It has been over 6 years since I have been receiving facials from Robin. I have had many facials in the last 20 years in different atmospheres from spas, holistic centers, to medical offices, etc. Robin has so much experience and is knowledgeable in the latest treatments and theory. She is always so accommodating in my specific concerns and schedule. I have problem scarred skin with large pores and she does and amazing job of keeping it looking even and healthy. There has been such an improvement in the texture and resiliency of my skin. I'm so happy and always look forward to my monthly appointments.

I moved to Connecticut 1 1/2 years ago and didn't know anyone. I had left my hairdresser and esthetician behind, and was sure I wouldn't find anyone as good as they were or anyone I could afford here in Connecticut. I started inquiring and someone recommended Robin. I knew I would like her from the minute we met. After getting my first facial from her I knew she was one of the best. She has had years of experience and you know that after you get your first facial from her. It is wonderful and I go to her every four weeks for an hour of Bliss.

I met Robin when someone gave me a gift certificate for a facial at a salon on Long Island many decades ago. After my first session with Robin, I was hooked not only on the notion of getting regular facials but on her. She is an amazing person and esthetician who is quite knowledgeable about skincare. Her products are amazing and reasonable in price and her extractions are painless and thorough. My face never looked so clean, bright and young. Robin moved to Connecticut some years ago and I have been missing her since. I've tried other "experts", spent a lot of money and didn't come close to having the results I did when Robin was in charge. I even took the drive up to Connecticut several times so I could get a facial but it became too difficult to keep up. I envy all of you who have appointments with Robin... you've just struck gold!

Robin helped my back acne tremendously. I was on Accutane previously but I still had lingering adult back acne. The Image Skincare products are great! I had several facials and peels and the acne started to disappear. I had healthy skin for my wedding day. I wasn't afraid to take off my shirt during the honeymoon in Aruba. I highly recommend going to Robin. She has a lot of experience and does an amazing job!

I had a virtual consultation with Robin a week ago and was very impressed!  The consultation was done via FaceTime and Robin really took the time to understand my concerns and provided thought out product recommendations and not just a pile of random products to purchase.  After the call she followed up via email with her list of recs and I was able to purchase them through her site.  She shipped out quickly and included an RX of how/when to use everything (and she even included some samples).  I've been using everything since I've received and her recs were spot on!  Already noticing some improvement in areas we talked about.  Can't recommend a virtual consult with Robin enough!  

If you want a great facial done with quality products, Robin is the one! She has been in the business for years and you can tell with her knowledge of skin and skincare. I've had much more expensive facial done at spas that can't compare with her quality.

Love the Treatment!  I'm so happy with the Image Oxygen Facial 02 Lift.  It has made my skin look so dewy and more alive.  It was very effective with exfoliating my skin, now it looks fresh and smooth. I'm also very glad I purchased the Post Treatment Kit.  I love what the Vit. C serum does.  Thank You Robin!  

I just had another wonderful facial from Robin....this one was the best yet! An oxygenating facial and my face felt like tiny bubbles were dancing on my face. To say that I look forward to my facial at Robin’s Nest all day is an understatement.  The experience is a lovely one!  From the moment I walk into the spa in her home, I begin to relax ~ Robin’s cheerful greeting, the esthetic's in the room, the soothing music, the low, warm lighting ~ it all combines to create an atmosphere that literally causes the stress of the day to leave my body.  The facials are fabulous, and I leave with my skin feeling rejuvenated.  As a bonus, Robin’s education and experience give her a unique perspective to notice problem areas with skin.  She cautioned me to watch a spot on my face; as a result, my dermatologist removed a pre-cancerous skin spot when I pointed it out.  Also, as a New York and Connecticut certified aesthetician, Robin is qualified to remove milia, those annoying bumps that had surfaced on my cheeks and chin as I aged.  Thank you, Robin, for your knowledge and skill in making my skin glow!

I have known Robin Poole for some ten years plus, both as a friend and a person who is gifted at giving facials. She is definitely someone who knows her business and is very dedicated to doing an excellent job at cleansing and refreshing your skin. She always suggested the proper way for me to maintain "my glow" and was always available to answer any questions I had concerning skin health. She is very up-to-date on proper eating habits and the right skin care and sun tan lotions to use. I recommend her without reservation.

I took my daughter today for her first facial. Robin was amazing with her. My first ever eyebrow was was a super success thanks to Robin.  I was super nervous but it was a breeze!!  Her aura is so sweet. She has an absolutely gorgeous aesthetician's  office in New Milford.  Super welcoming and calming.  I highly recommend it!!
